Return and refund policy
This agreement is valid for products purchased on the official website of Software Development Julian Heusel (www.julianheusel.com).
Please note that we can only accept refund claims for products purchased in our online store. Purchases made from the App Store and retail stores are subject to those stores' refund policies. For custom made products separate contractual conditions apply.
General Conditions
We issue refunds for our products within 30 days of the original purchase.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
The prices of our products may vary. It is the amount refunded, actually paid by you. If you are not satisfied with our software purchased directly from Software Development Julian Heusel, please contact the support (info[at]julianheusel[dot]com) within 30 days of your purchase to receive a refund. Refunds requested more than 30 days after your initial purchase date will not be issued. If the refund is made, your software license will be immediately blocked, so it can not be used anymore.
Non-refundable cases
If we notice that you used the software improperly or violated the law, no exchange and no refund is possible.
